SHIPPING

Brooklyn Blush currently ships within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During busy launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided with your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, so please review your information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Brooklyn Blush is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. You may also contact us and we will help with any information we have available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available at our Draper, Utah store at 152 E 12300 S, Suite 54, Draper, UT 84020. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Once notified, simply come into the store during business hours and a member of our team will help you with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident shopping with Brooklyn Blush. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange an eligible item. Online orders may be returned by mail or brought to our Draper store. Please email hello@brooklynblush.com before mailing a return or requesting an exchange.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, and pet hair. Returns that do not meet these conditions or are received after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.

Sale, Flash Sale, and Last Chance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. You may choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or Brooklyn Blush store credit. Brooklyn Blush store credit does not expire. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and there is no restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For an approved exchange, Brooklyn Blush will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, email hello@brooklynblush.com. If the size or item you would like is no longer available, you may choose a refund or Brooklyn Blush store credit for an eligible return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Brooklyn Blush will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made at our Draper store follow the same 14-day return and exchange policy and must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
