Returns + Exchanges
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can exchange unworn/unwashed items for store credit/exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Must meet the requirements below:
- ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR. Items that fail to meet these requirements will not be returned.
- Please email email@example.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). Once item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to return the item. Brooklyn Blush will cover shipping to send the customer the exchanged item.
- All original tags must be attached, if item originally came with tags. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria.
- Brooklyn Blush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Brooklyn Blush will no longer be responsible. Brooklyn Blush will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
- ALL SALE/FLASH SALE/LAST CHANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order, and generally take 2-4 business days to arrive. All packages are shipped through USPS.
