Returns + Exchanges

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return an item from the day that you received it. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will contact you and let you know if the item is still in stock.  If not, we will issue a code good for store credit on our website.

If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 14 day policy, there will be no refund issued and items will be returned to sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please include a copy of your receipt in the package, so that we can clearly identify the order that you would like refunded.


Although we do not issue refunds, we will provide you with an in-store credit towards your next purchase once we receive your returned item.  To use this credit, we will email you a one time use code for the amount of the refund.  You can use this on our website towards a future purchase.

Shipping on Returns + Exchanges

When returning a product, you will cover the shipping costs to send it back to us, and we will cover the cost to ship you the new product.
