Shipping Policy

Brooklyn Blush ships within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Orders of $95 or more ship free by standard U.S. shipping. Orders under $95 ship for a flat $6.95.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. During busy launches, please allow up to 3–5 business days.

Delivery

All orders ship via USPS and usually arrive 2–4 business days after they ship. You will receive a tracking email when your order is on its way.

Local pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout to pick up your order inside our Draper store (152 E 12300 S, Suite 54, Draper, UT 84020). We will email you, then text you to arrange a pickup time. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Pickup is not available on Sundays.

Order changes and cancellations

Because we pack and ship quickly, we are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, including size changes. Please double-check your sizes and shipping address before checking out.

Incorrect addresses

Brooklyn Blush is not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, the customer is responsible for it. If your tracking says delivered and you cannot find your package, check around your door, your mailbox and with neighbors, then contact your local post office with your tracking number. We are always happy to help you track it down, but Brooklyn Blush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.
