Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $65. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $6.95. All orders ship via USPS.
How soon will my order ship and arrive?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days (up to 3–5 during busy launches). Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. You will get a tracking email when it is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We are not able to make changes — including size swaps or cancellations — once an order is placed, because we pack and ship so quickly. Please double-check your size and details before checking out.
My tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package. What do I do?
First, check around your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors, then contact your local post office with your tracking number. Once USPS marks a package delivered, Brooklyn Blush is not able to be responsible for lost or stolen packages — but we are always happy to help you track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must have original tags attached and be free of marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, and pet hair. Please email hello@brooklynblush.com before sending anything back.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit or exchanges, not cash refunds. Store credit is processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover shipping to send an item back; we cover shipping to send your exchange out. We recommend keeping your return tracking number.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Email us within 5 days of delivery (with the item unworn and unwashed) and we will make it right — we cover the return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Can I return sale items?
All Sale, Flash Sale, and Last Chance items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Products, Sizing & Availability
Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually not! Our collection is hand-curated and intentionally limited, so once a piece sells out it is typically gone for good. The upside: fresh new arrivals drop regularly — so if you love something, do not wait.
How often do you get new arrivals?
We add new pieces regularly. The best way to see them first is to sign up for our emails and texts and follow us on Instagram @brooklynblushclothing.
How do your sizes run, and do you have a size chart?
Fit notes are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email hello@brooklynblush.com and we will help you pick the right fit.
What kind of clothing do you carry?
We carry curated women's and girls' clothing — dresses, tops, bottoms, sets, rompers, and accessories — including fuller-coverage styles like our Temple Dresses.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available on our site and never expire.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships via USPS.
