SHIPPING

Brooklyn Blush currently ships within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $120 or more. Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During busy launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided with your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, so please review your information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Brooklyn Blush is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. You may also contact us and we will help with any information we have available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available at our Draper, Utah store at 152 E 12300 S, Suite 54, Draper, UT 84020. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Once notified, simply come into the store during business hours and a member of our team will help you with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident shopping with Brooklyn Blush. Within 30 days, you can return an eligible item for a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. After 30 days, items are not eligible for return under our standard policy. Days are counted from the day your order is delivered, or from the purchase or pickup date for Draper store purchases and local pickup orders. Mailed returns are dated by their postmark.

Please email hello@brooklynblush.com before mailing a return or requesting an exchange. Online orders may be returned by mail or brought to our Draper store.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, and pet hair. Returns that do not meet these conditions, or that are sent after day 30, will not be accepted.

Sale, Flash Sale, and Last Chance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Brooklyn Blush store credit does not expire. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and there is no restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For an approved exchange, Brooklyn Blush will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, email hello@brooklynblush.com. If the size or item you would like is no longer available, you may choose store credit or a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Brooklyn Blush will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made at our Draper store follow the same return and exchange windows and must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
